Honeybank Group may update its Privacy Notice from time to time, and so you should review this Notice periodically. Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should Honeybank Group need to contact your next of kin etc. or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information we will share with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.

Phone Numbers

Honeybank Group may, from time to time, use your phone number to contact you about urgent matters or to inform you of a (potential) problem. Honeybank Group will only contact you via phone if the matter is of an urgent nature, or you have given us specific permission to do so.

Honeybank Group Mailing List

Honeybank Group may send direct marketing emails informing you of new, future or alternative services via our own e-mail services.

As a new client or customer, or enquirer about one of our services, you will be invited to join the Honeybank Group email list. At this point, you will be given the option to opt-in; subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time.

Existing Honeybank Group clients and customers will automatically continue to receive emails, unless you have opted out; will can change your subscription preferences at any time.

How Honeybank Group Uses Your Contact Information

When making an enquiry, or purchasing goods or services either by phone, email or on paper, you will be asked to give consent for our contact. In doing so, you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Honeybank Group to inform you of changes to products and services directly relating to the service/goods in which you have expressed an interest.

You may decline to submit any or all of your contact details to Honeybank Group; this may mean that Honeybank Group is unable to provide certain services/good/information to you.

Personal Data Collected at the Time of Bookings, Enquiries & Sales

By definition, certain personal data is collected by Honeybank Group at the time of bookings, enquiries and sales. This information is for the purposes of fulfilling your enquiry/purchase etc.

All information gathered by Honeybank Group is kept securely, and treated as confidential. Other than in an emergency (as previously detailed) information and data held by Honeybank Group will never be shared with any third party.

Information submitted in paper form may also be stored securely in digital form for the purposes of marketing and sales/services fulfilment. Honeybank Group have an opt-in for this, as well as an opt-out for digital. Paper/hard copy communications will be kept by Honeybank Group until our service/sales/enquiries are fulfilled, at which time the paper/hard copy document will be destroyed.
